A sheet goes in,
a part comes out.
The router takes a full sheet on its slatted table and follows the outline in one continuous pass. No template to build first, no second setup to line up: the drawing is the toolpath.
Two saws for
everything else.
Breaking sheets down, ripping solid stock, trimming to a line: two bench saws with 640 mm blades on belt drives sit beside the router, because not every cut is worth a toolpath.
The machines come
from the lab next door.
Repascar shares a roof and a workshop with FabLab NiMa. The router, the saw benches and the fixtures were welded, wired and set up in-house, the same way ULI Pods and Somehownice get their tooling.
